Great place to stay!! Great staff, rooms were very clean, I will definitely be staying here Everytime in go to Grand Junction. I left my 2 diamond rings on accident an I called hours later an they went to the room an relooked an found !
them! Very honest staff, they shipped them the next day!
I recently moved from Aspen Colorado to Grand Junction. With what little I owned in the back of my rental car. I booked several nights through an online hotel discount site. I ended up staying at the GV for 1 month. During the time I stayed there, I was blown away by the customer service, the staff, the cleanlessness of the hotel, the comfort of the room, and the bed was like sleeping on air. I purchased a car a few days later after arriving, and never once did I worry about being vandalized. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Grand Junction. It is the best.
Great hotel ! Good service, excellent room, will be my place to stay in Grand Junction
Very clean and nice rooms for the price! Very true staff and easy check in. I have it 3 stars because I stay on a Friday night when there was karaoke going on in the restaurant/bar and it was VERY loud. I could here thing all night long while trying to sleep and I was on the 3rd floor. I believe they only do it Friday -Saturday so if you are wanting somewhere quite on the weekends this might not be the best night but I bet it would be quite other nights of the week.
The Grand Vista is our go to place for staying in Grand Junction. The rooms are clean, the check-in is pleasant and really quick. The restaurant and bar are both great. The only bad thing about our stay was my voice at Karaoke but I am told they can't improve that and the laughs were worth it.
The GVH itself is very good. Its staff put it over the top! Great room, very very clean, spacious, and at what a low price! We were traveling home to the Oregon Coast from a week in Santa Fe NM, and wife lost her special pillow somehow while here. Contacted GVH and they had indeed found it, and held it until we contacted them. They shipped it FedEx and came promptly, for a reasonable price which they offered to put on our card, which we did. Western CO is gorgeous anyway, but these folks make it ... unbeatable! Thanks to Housekeeping and all involved for the great experience. We will be back!
Air conditioner was making an awful noise when we first got checked in...within 10 mins the maintenance staff installed a brand new air-conditioning unit and work perfect for the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and was delicious & staff was very friendly. Also enjoyed the pool & hotub on two different nights without anyone else in the swimming area. Overall a fantastic stay, one of the best hotels I’ve been to 🙂 Also Enzo’s Italian restaurant down the road is really good both our pizza and pasta were great!
The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would have given a 5 star review had we not had a terrible experience with the woman working at baileys lounge. She was extremely rude when we went down for happy hour drinks and the rudeness only worsened when we called down later and attempted to order room service. We settled on microwave food from the lobby store rather than inconvenience this employee any further. Rather disappointing as all other staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
We just needed a place to sleep and shower but still wanted an at least decent place to stay. For the price you really couldn't ask for more, clean room and the staff member was helpful, and everything seemed to be working properly; not much else to look for in a moderately cheap hotel. Would recommend especially if on a budget.
We really love the hotel. The rooms are fabulous they are large and very clean. They have a lovely indoor swimming pool and spa. They also have a small refrigerator and microwave and free coffee. They also have a workout room They have a really nice restaurant that's open in the evening with live entertainment. They also have a really nice breakfast buffet. We really love the place. Everyone going through Grand Junction should stay here. They're also dog friendly. I highly recommend it. Dr. Marshall Reddic
